Rules and Regulations

Debugging

Open to current college students only.

Registration is mandatory before the competition.

Participants can compete individually or in teams.

The competition consists of a single round with a designated time limit.

Fair play and academic integrity are expected.

Adherence to the college's code of conduct is mandatory.

Organizers' decisions are final.

Prizes will be awarded to the top performer or team.

Any rule changes will be communicated beforehand.

Treasure Hunt

Total of 7 teams: 2 from 1st and 2nd years, 1 from the final year.

Teams should consist of 3 participants each.

Using mobile phones and gadgets during the last 3 rounds is strictly prohibited.

Maintain a healthy event atmosphere; no quarrelling with other teams.

Follow the instructions given by the coordinators.

Photography

Topic given on the spot.

Submissions only accepted before the deadline.

A caption is required; photos must be taken within the campus.

Individual photography only.

Graphic Design

Theme-based poster creation.

Original designs only; plagiarism results in disqualification.

Software: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Express, Canva (no templates).

Maximum 2 participants per class.

Cheating/violation results in disqualification.

Submission guidelines: On-time submission required.

Judging based on creativity, visual impact, adherence to the theme.

Debate

Team composition: 2-3 members per team.

Topics: AI, Environment, Society, World, General, etc.

Format: Set time limits for speeches, cross-examinations, and rebuttals.

Debate modal: Clarity, examples, reasoning, relevance, delivery.

Registration and Scheduling: Deadlines for team registration and scheduling.

Rebuttal and Cross-Examination Rules: Define rules for each.

Prizes and Recognition: Awards for winning teams and outstanding speakers.

Moderator: Appoint a moderator to ensure fair play and enforce rules.

Format

Knockout format.

Matches will be single elimination.

Teams consist of 3 members each.

BGMI

4 participants per team.

Keep Erangel maps downloaded.

Fair play: No cheating or using hacks.

Communication: Coordinate strategies via voice chat.

Play safe: Prioritize survival and teamwork.

No use of bugs for advantages.

Bring your own device.

No teaming up mid-match.

Cinematography

Eligibility: Open to current college students only.

Registration: Participants must register in advance to secure their spot, with a maximum of 2 participants per class.

Submission: Films once entered cannot be withdrawn.

Editing: Any software can be used for editing and color grading.

Duration: Films must be between 1 to 1:30 minutes.

Technical Requirements: Video files must meet specified technical criteria.

Submission Guidelines: Films must be submitted via Google Drive folder with the contestant's name, and if possible, a YouTube link in a .txt file.

Social Media Policy: Films must not be uploaded to any social media platforms until the end of the fest.

Cultural Events

Rules and Regulations

Each class is allocated 30 minutes for their cultural performance.

Themes chosen should not include any religious or political content.

Performances must adhere to the chosen theme.

Vulgar or inappropriate content is strictly prohibited.

Classes may present any form of performance, including but not limited to skits dances songs or presentations.

Performances will be judged, and prizes will be awarded to the class with the highest score.

Judges decisions are final and binding.

Respect for fellow participants and audience members is mandatory at all times.
